Sales Executive -
Excellent basic rate dependant on experience + uncapped commission
OTE £55-65k

Great opportunity to join our high earning sales team, negotiating and closing deals for top-drawer search marketing packages.

As specialists in search engine marketing strategy, Backbone Solutions provide services to an extensive client portfolio, including blue-chip and Microsoft companies. Successful applicants will be computer and internet literate, though full training will be provided.

You will be solution selling a high-value internet marketing service and be able to effectively convey the very real benefits to your customers. You will have proven experience in a high level sales environment, with the ability to think on your feet and be creative. Strong pitching skills and a proficiency for closing deals are a must.

You will be comfortable achieving ambitious sales targets and although sales leads are generally provided, initiative in discovering new business is essential.

IT Sales - Software Development -
Excellent basic rate dependant on experience + uncapped commission Basic Neg. OTE £65-100k

Excellent opportunity to join our high earnering IT Sales team in an exciting role sourcing, negotiating and closing high value software development projects.

Preferably educated to degree level with experience in IT sales, you will be responsible for taking a department in its early stages of development to becoming a significant part of company revenue. Supported by our UK and China offices, your primary role will be to nurture the software development portfolio and make your significant mark on its turnover and profitability. Proven experience of uncovering new business is vital.

Business Software Analyst -
Excellent basic rates - £20-30k

Excellent opportunity to join our growing team of IT professionals in an exciting role managing a wide range of software development projects for UK and global clients.

Educated to degree level, previous IT project management and IT systems analytical skills are essential for you to fulfil your potential in this role. You will relish working with demanding clients and be a formidable communicator. You'll be a quick-learning, self motivated and ambitious person.

Your main role as Business Software Analyst acts as the direct interface between our clients and programming / management teams based in our UK and China offices. Responsible for working directly with our clients, designing their solutions and will see the development process through to successful delivery. Delivering quality and client satisfaction is your aim.

As Business Software Analyst you will be familiar with software and web technologies, including Microsoft server, .net, XML and SQL technologies and have a sound technical background in PHP and HTML.

This role is demanding but rewarding, with control of small and large software implementations. Both technical and communication skills are paramount. The successful candidate will have great prospects for career progression.

Search Marketing - Technical and Customer Liaison -
Excellent basic rates - £16-22k

A position is available in our Technical department. You will be providing vital front-line technical support to our UK and international customers, predominantly in the field of Search Engine Optimisation and Internet Marketing.

You will have excellent communication skills, with superb spoken and written English, and have previous experience dealing with customers via telephone. You will be proactive in giving our clients the best customer service experience possible. Computer literacy and internet knowledge are essential, with additional technical abilities such as server management, programming and software/hardware skills a distinct advantage.
